Our Therapists

Debra Rilea

Debra co-owns and manages Ralston Massage Center with her husband Bob Oliver and has been a Massage Therapist for over 21 years. Graduated from Ralston School of Massage with a 600-hour certificate, Debra has taught technique and business classes there for more than 15 years.

Over the years much of her continuing education has been in Chinese, Japanese and Fijian style techniques adding diversity to her massage sessions. Debra’s philosophy on massage therapy and touch is that it is an incredible gift to be shared with clients to reduce pain and stress while enhancing relaxation and well-being. The benefits of massage last long after clients leave the office and help them function better in their lives.

Bob Oliver

Coming to Ralston Massage Center in late August 2011, Bob brings more than 25 years of experience both as a Massage Therapist and an educator.

Eileen McCaskill

Eileen graduated from Ralston School of Massage in 2005 with 710 hours of training. Her continuing education has included 35 hours of Medical Massage. She practices therapeutic and relaxation massage integrating hot stones into the massage session as well as foot reflexology, orthobionomy and Chinese facial massage. Eileen says, "Massage is my passion because it is an alternative way to create the mind, body, spirit connection, allowing for an increased sense of well being and relaxation.”

Bill Silvershield

As a successful graduate of Ralston School of Massage, Bill has been practicing massage at Ralston Massage Center for 7 years. Over the years, Bill has added several modalities to help accommodate clients in need of personal recovery from both injuries and surgery. Additionally he works with the athlete client to improve flexibility and performance as well as recovery post-event.

Alan Henderson

Graduating from Ralston School of Massage in 2006, Alan practices integrative massage with an emphasis on therapeutic and sports applications. A personal trainer and active martial artist for over 30 years, Alan's strong working knowledge of anatomy and movement give him a unique insight into the problems of athletes as well as the aches and pains associated with everyday life. Supplemental massage therapy training includes acupressure and cranial sacral therapy.

Valerie Smith

Valerie Smith has been practicing massage therapy since 2006 after obtaining a 710 hour certification from Ralston School of Massage. Valerie has been a life-long massage receiver, but following a car accident in 2001, she had the opportunity to truly experience the healing benefits of massage. She has continued her education acquiring over 100 hours of training in modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial release, reflexology, lymphatic drainage therapy, and hot stone massage. Valerie prides herself on creating a positive, relaxing experience for her clients by combining a variety of techniques to meet their specific needs and goals of their massage.

Lexie Rilea

As the daughter of two massage therapists, and a life-long massage receiver, Lexie never dreamed that she would do massage professionally. But after working as a receptionist at Ralston Massage Center for years and regularly witnessing the healing benefits of massage as well as experiencing her own healing process through massage, she knew she wanted to bring that gift to others. A 710-hour graduate of Ralston School of Massage, she completed over 100 hours more than required to be better prepared for her new career. Lexie helps her clients de-stress and move towards being pain-free with Swedish Relaxation, Therapeutic Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.

Angela Tracy

As a 2003 graduate of Ralston Massage School, Angela practices integrative massage, offering a variety of therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques. Her focus is on the client for their individual needs and goals during their massage. Angela has been a co-owner of a nutritional retail store and Personal Training studio in the Reno area for the past 7 years and has had the opportunity of working with all kinds of clients from athletes to hard working mothers. This additional knowledge has enhanced her understanding of the human body and has taught her the importance of balancing life with nutrition, exercise and taking time to care for yourself. She has seen first hand the importance of applying massage therapy to life and feels that any"body" can and will benefit from the healing power of massage.
